Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled SAP PM (Plant Maintenance) Consultant with over 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimizing SAP PM modules to enhance the efficiency of plant maintenance processes. The role requires a combination of technical expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• System Implementation and Support:
  
• Configure and customize the SAP PM module according to business requirements.
• Manage the integration of SAP PM with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, SD).
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for SAP PM issues.

• Business Process Analysis:
  
• Collaborate with business users to gather and analyze requirements.
• Recommend improvements and implement solutions to optimize maintenance operations.

• Training and Documentation:
  
• Develop user manuals and provide training to end-users.
• Create detailed documentation for configurations, customizations, and system processes.

• Continuous Improvement:
  
• Monitor system performance and implement upgrades or enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest SAP PM trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in SAP PM module implementation and support.
• Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in SAP PM customization, integration, and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with data migration and cutover activities.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies.
• Experience in creating functional specifications for custom developments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
