Salesforce Developer - Health Cloud (7-8 yrs)

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer with expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud to design, develop, and implement solutions tailored to healthcare requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning Components, and integrations, along with a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and enhance Salesforce Health Cloud applications to meet business needs.

- Design and implement Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce pages, and workflows.

- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide scalable Salesforce solutions.

- Integrate Salesforce with third-party systems and APIs, ensuring seamless data exchange.

- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and user experience.

- Maintain data integrity and compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, GDPR, etc.).

- Troubleshoot and resolve Salesforce-related issues while implementing best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, administrators, and business analysts.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 7-8 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Health Cloud.

- Strong proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, and SOSL.

- Experience with Salesforce API integrations (REST/SOAP).

- Knowledge of healthcare industry workflows, patient management, and compliance standards.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce data modeling, security, and automation (Flows, Process Builder, Workflows, etc.).

- Understanding of Salesforce DevOps tools, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Health Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer I/II) are a plus.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
