Senior Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components (5-7 yrs)

About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with a proven track record in designing, developing, and deploying Salesforce applications and solutions.

You will work on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and custom integrations, to enhance the user experience and ensure scalable and efficient implementations.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable solutions on the Salesforce platform using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and other Salesforce technologies.

- Customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements through declarative configurations (Flows, Process Builder) and programmatic development (Apex, LWC, Triggers).

- Work on integrating Salesforce with external systems using RESTful APIs, SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code while adhering to industry best practices and Salesforce's recommended coding standards.

- Diagnose and resolve technical issues, perform code debugging, and provide solutions to performance challenges.

- Ensure smooth deployments through version control, code promotion, and deployment strategies (Salesforce DX, Ant Migration Tool, etc.)

- Work closely with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver customized solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates on the Salesforce platform, contributing to a culture of innovation.

Skills and Qualifications :

- BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Proficient in writing triggers, classes, and other components in Apex.

- Hands-on experience in building and deploying dynamic, high-performance web components using LWC.

- Strong understanding of the Salesforce Lightning framework and its capabilities.

- Experience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules.

- Knowledge of data modeling, data migration, and data integration techniques within Salesforce.

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with hands-on experience in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and SOQL/SOSL queries.

- Proven track record of working on full Salesforce development life cycle, from requirement gathering to deployment.

Technical Proficiency :

- Expertise in Salesforce Lightning, REST/SOAP API integrations, and middleware technologies.

- Experience with Salesforce DX, GIT version control, and deployment strategies.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, security models, and governor limits.
