Senior Salesforce Developer - Lightning Web Components (6-8 yrs)

Position : Salesforce Senior Developer

Location : Pune (Onsite)

Shift Timing : European Shift

Experience Level : Senior-level (6+ years recommended)

Key Responsibilities :

Development and Customization :

1. Design, develop, and maintain custom applications using APEX and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

2. Build scalable solutions within the Service Cloud and Experience Cloud environments.

Integration :

1. Implement and manage integrations using REST APIs for seamless communication between Salesforce and other systems.

2. Ensure secure and efficient data exchange across platforms.

System Optimization :

1. Optimize system performance and troubleshoot complex issues.

2. Implement best practices in Salesforce architecture to improve functionality.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and propose tailored Salesforce solutions.

2. Provide technical guidance to junior team members or cross-functional teams.

Documentation :

1. Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and design specifications.

2. Ensure comprehensive testing and validation of all deliverables.

Support and Maintenance :

1. Deliver post-implementation support and ensure ongoing system improvements.

2. Monitor platform updates and implement necessary changes proactively.

Required Skillset :

Core Skills :

1. Proficiency in APEX and LWC development.

2. Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations using REST APIs.

Cloud Expertise :

1. Strong knowledge of Service Cloud and Experience Cloud.

Additional Knowledge :

1. Familiarity with Salesforce declarative tools like Flow, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

2. Understanding of security models (Profiles, Roles, Permission Sets).

Soft Skills :
