Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (4-8 yrs)

We are seeking a talented Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the Salesforce environment supports business objectives and delivers exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain customized Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand requirements, translating them into technical solutions.

- Implement Salesforce configurations, including workflows, validation rules, and process automation tools like Flows.

- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.

- Create and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations.

- Ensure best practices in coding standards, security, and data management within the Salesforce environment.

- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks.

- Stay updated on Salesforce releases and proactively recommend enhancements or new features to improve platform capabilities.

Requirements :

- 4 years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

- Proficiency in Salesforce development technologies, including Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform features, including security, data modeling, and declarative tools.

- Experience with Salesforce APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi).

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.

- Knowledge of Salesforce declarative tools such as Flows, Process Builder, and Validation Rules.

- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Platform Developer II preferred).

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to Have :

- Experience with DevOps tools for Salesforce, such as Gearset or Copado.

- Familiarity with Salesforce industry-specific solutions (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

- Knowledge of front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
