We are seeking a skilled Automation Anywhere (AA) Developer with 4-10 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in deploying and developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere tools, along with a deep understanding of RPA methodologies, process optimization, and emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation workflows using Automation Anywhere.
- Verify and leverage appropriate AA components to ensure efficient and reliable automation.
- Deploy RPA components, including bots, development tools, code repositories, and logging tools.
- Provide end-to-end solution designs to customers during Proof of Concepts (POCs) and project implementation phases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions.
- Conduct process analysis to identify RPA opportunities and optimize existing processes for efficiency.
- Work with business and technical teams to streamline workflows and implement automation strategies.
- Perform system testing, including User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and bug fixes.
- Ensure solutions are robust, error-free, and meet performance standards.
- Lead and support migration projects from other RPA tools to Automation Anywhere.
- Develop migration strategies and implement best practices for seamless transitions.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and explore new functionalities in RPA tools.
- Provide training and mentorship to junior team members in RPA development and best practices.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for RPA processes, workflows, and technical designs.
- Provide regular status reports on project progress, challenges, and resolutions.
Required Skills :
- Strong expertise in Automation Anywhere (AA) RPA tool, including bots and component deployment.
- Deep understanding of RPA development and deployment methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with process analysis, development, deployment, and system testing (UAT and debugging).
- Experience in migrating workflows from other tools to Automation Anywhere is a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in coding and debugging automation workflows. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with code repositories, logging tools, and automation-focused tools.
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and performance.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with teams and customers.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to explore and adopt emerging technologies in the RPA space.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Automation Anywhere (e.g., Advanced RPA Professional Certification) are preferred.
