T-Systems - RPA Developer - Blue Prism/UiPath (4-7 yrs)

Job Description :

As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with business analysts to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

- Design and document automation solutions, including process flows, data mappings, and error handling mechanisms.

- Develop and configure RPA bots using Blue Prism, UiPath, or Pega Robot Studio.

- Write scripts and workflows to automate tasks, including data extraction, data entry, and system interactions.

- Deploy RPA solutions to production environments.

- Maintain and update automation scripts as needed.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest RPA technologies and trends.

- Work closely with business analysts, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 4-7 years of experience in RPA development using Blue Prism, UiPath, or Pega Robot Studio.

- Strong understanding of RPA concepts, including automation best practices and design principles.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Python, JavaScript, or VBA.

- Experience with SQL and database concepts.

- Knowledge of automation frameworks and tools.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with cloud-based RPA platforms.

- Knowledge of AI and machine learning techniques.

- Certification in RPA tools (e.g, Blue Prism Certified Developer)
