We are seeking an experienced RPA Consultant with expertise in Microsoft Power Automate to design and deliver automation solutions that streamline business processes and drive operational efficiency. This role requires a blend of technical acumen and strategic thinking to ensure automation solutions align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze and map business processes to identify automation opportunities.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy workflows and automations using Microsoft Power Automate.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define automation objectives.
- Integrate Power Automate with other Microsoft tools like SharePoint, Power BI, and Dynamics 365.
- Monitor and troubleshoot existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
- Document workflows, technical designs, and user guides for automation solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize adoption of automated workflows.
- Stay updated on emerging RPA trends and recommend improvements or new tools where necessary.
- Ensure all automation solutions comply with organizational security policies and standards.
Requirements :
- Proven experience with Microsoft Power Automate and related RPA tools.
- Strong understanding of automation and process improvement methodologies.
- Experience with integrating Power Automate with third-party applications and APIs.
- Familiarity with other Microsoft tools such as Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint.
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining complex workflows and logic-based automations.
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell, JavaScript, or Python for custom scripts.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills to understand business needs.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Power Automate Developer must have a robust and demonstratable background in automation and workflow development, with hands-on experience using Microsoft Power Automate and Power Apps.
- Strong understanding of process automation and workflow design
- Familiarity with other automation tools and technologies (e.g., RPA tools, scripting languages)
Nice to Have :
- Certification in Microsoft Power Platform (e.g., Power Automate or Power Apps certification).
- Experience with other RPA tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms like Azure for deploying and managing automation solutions.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Familiarity with database systems like SQL Server or NoSQL databases.
Education and Certifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Microsoft Power Automate or Power Platform certifications are a strong plus.
