Salesforce Technical Architect - Apex/Visual Force (10-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are looking for a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

This role requires deep technical expertise in Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, security, and development tools.

Success in this position means delivering scalable, high-performing solutions, optimizing business processes, and ensuring the seamless integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

As a Salesforce Technical Architect, you will advise, lead, and work on high-impact activities within the systems development lifecycle while providing strategic guidance to the IT function.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Salesforce Architecture & Solution Design :

- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions.

- Provide expert guidance and advisory services on Salesforce architecture and development best practices.

- Define and maintain technical documentation and standards.

- Ensure that solutions align with business needs, scalability, and security requirements.

Technical Leadership & Advisory :

- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Salesforce architecture with deep technical knowledge.

- Influence and guide team decisions on technical solutions.

- Engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define solution roadmaps.

- Provide strategic recommendations on Salesforce customization, automation, and integrations.

Development & Integration :

- Oversee the integration of Salesforce with other enterprise systems.

- Ensure adherence to Salesforce security, data management, and compliance best practices.

- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, tools, and innovations.

- Identify and implement process improvements for enhanced system efficiency.

Governance & Project Execution :

- Lead Salesforce project governance and technical reviews.

- Support program and project management teams in successful Salesforce delivery.

- Manage technical risks, troubleshooting, and resolution of critical issues.

- Contribute to pre-sales activities by providing technical solutions and estimation support.

Skills and Qualifications :

Experience : Minimum 10 years in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Certifications (Preferred) : Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Application Architect, Salesforce System Architect.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in Salesforce Technical Architecture.

- Proficiency in Salesforce Lightning, Apex, Visualforce, and other development tools.

- Strong knowledge of Salesforce security, data management, and integration patterns.

- Experience with API development, middleware, and enterprise integrations.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps, CI/CD, and version control systems.

Soft Skills :

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to influence and guide teams on technical decisions.

- Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

- Experience in pre-sales, solution estimation, and proposal creation
