About the Role :

- We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect to join our dynamic team.

- This individual will play a critical role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions, ensuring best practices in architecture, security, and integration.

- With a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, this role will drive technical excellence and support business growth through robust CRM solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the functional team to determine optimal solutions (declarative vs.programmatic vs.
AppExchange, etc.

- Provide expertise in Salesforce Security Compliance and Review.

- Lead integration strategies, including API management, Web Services (SOAP, REST, Bulk, Metadata, Streaming), and data migration.

- Design and implement Salesforce-based solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

- Support architectural decisions for various product areas and integrated solutions.

- Develop custom applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Analyze new requirements/change requests from a techno-functional standpoint and provide end-to-end solutions.

- Architect custom solutions, ensuring they align with business goals.

- Estimate and plan solution implementations for project pursuits.

- Guide internal and external development teams on technology choices and best practices.

- Provide expertise in resolving critical project/product issues.

- Document solution designs and collaborate with stakeholders for continuous improvement.

- Mentor junior team members and conduct design/code reviews in line with best practices.

- Communicate project status according to the project communication plan.

- Act as the escalation point for technical challenges and end-to-end solution implementation.

Qualifications and Skills :

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields.

Experience :

- 8+ years in Salesforce architecture, implementation, and consulting roles.

- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, Process Builder, Workflows, and API integrations.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, security, authentication (SSO, OAuth), and compliance.

- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Shield Platform Encryption, Portals, Communities, and CTI technologies.

- Experience with XML, SQL, HTTP/HTTPS, and EAI processes.

- Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or B2C Solution Architect are highly valued.

Good to Have :

- Strong background in cloud computing solutions, strategy, and implementation.

- Experience with large-scale enterprise software projects and multi-tenant computing environments.

- Familiarity with ANT, Eclipse tools, and various implementation methodologies.
