Role Description :

This is a full-time Lead Salesforce Developer role at Galleon Consultants in Hyderabad.

The role involves working on Visualforce Pages, Salesforce.com Development, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce.com Administration.

The candidate will be responsible for Salesforce.com development and enhancements to drive business efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement complex Salesforce solutions using Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, and Apex.

- Enhance and maintain existing Salesforce functionality to optimize business processes.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

- Configure and administer Salesforce instances to ensure optimal performance and security.

- Develop and implement unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability.

- Stay up-to-date on the latest Salesforce features and best practices.

- Mentor and guide junior developers within the team.

Qualifications :

- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and administration.

- Proven experience in developing Visualforce Pages, Lightning Web Components, and Apex.

- Proficiency in Salesforce object modeling, security, and data management.

- Strong understanding of Salesforce business processes and best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

- Effective communication and collaboration skills.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred).

- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I) a strong plus.
