- Role Description: Pricing- analysts has to help businesses determine competitive pricing strategies to gain market share and achieve revenue goals.
- Analyze data from multiple sources, develop complex pricing models, and collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop sales strategies.
- To price for all upcoming opportunities across verticals and geographies.
- To support the stakeholders in preparing customized financial solutions for clients.
- To provide in-depth analysis on costs, pricing models and projected profitability on deals.
- To conduct regular analysis on existing client programs and derive methods to improve profitability and align assumptions on bids.
- To provide innovative solutions which would help the sales team present robust and attractive propositions to clients.
- Preferred work experience: 6-7 years of relevant experience in a FP&A or Pricing role for a BPO industry.
- Experience in FP&A or Pricing in BPO Industry is a must (desired experience in Healthcare &/or Mortgage industry pricing) and product pricing know-how will be a bonus.
- Experience into Power Bi and AI tools. (Preferable).
- As a Pricing Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by developing and implementing effective pricing strategies. You will work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to analyze data, develop pricing models, and support decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pricing Strategy: Develop and implement pricing strategies that align with business objectives. Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and customer segmentation to optimize pricing decisions.
- Conduct cost analysis to determine pricing thresholds and profitability targets.
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain financial models to assess the financial impact of pricing decisions.
- Analyze the profitability of deals and identify opportunities for improvement. Conduct sensitivity analysis to evaluate the impact of different pricing scenarios.
- Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources, including financial systems, CRM, and market research. Use data analytics tools to identify trends and insights. Develop and maintain pricing databases.
- Sales Support: Provide pricing support to the sales team, including pricing proposals, negotiations, and contract terms. Collaborate with sales teams to develop customized pricing solutions for clients.
- Process Improvement: Continuously improve pricing processes and methodologies. Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains.
- Required Skills and Experience: 6-7 years of experience in FP&A or Pricing, preferably in the BPO industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis techniques. Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI. Knowledge of pricing methodologies and strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong attention to detail. Experience with AI tools (preferred).
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in pricing for healthcare and/or mortgage industries. Knowledge of product pricing and cost accounting. Advanced Excel skills. Experience with statistical analysis and forecasting.
