Lead Salesforce Developer - Apex/Visual Force (3-12 yrs)

Location : Indore (Madhya Pradesh)

Mode : Work from office

Experience : 5+ years in enterprise-level IT sales

FSL dev with 5+ years of exp and should have exposure to 2-3 enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Salesforce Field Service Lightning to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business needs, translating them into technical requirements and solutions.

- Design and develop custom solutions, including custom objects, workflows, and automation, to enhance field service operations.

- Integrate FSL with other Salesforce products and third-party systems as needed.

- Provide ongoing support and maintenance of FSL, troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise.

- Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators to ensure effective use of FSL.

- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, recommending and implementing best practices.

- Perform data migration and ensure data integrity within the FSL system.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of field service operations.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience with Salesforce Field Service Lightning implementation and configuration.

- Strong understanding of field service processes and best practices.

- Proficiency in Salesforce customization and development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.

- Experience with Salesforce integrations using APIs, web services, and middleware.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
