As our new Sales Field Executive, focused on the SMB market, you will be responsible for the acquisition of new customers, and strengthening of existing business within the SMB sector. The focus of the role will include the responsibility to grow the Cloud Services revenue and presence in the Indian Market. Responsibilities:

Acquire, build, and maintain trusted and long-term relationships with new and existing clients

Create solutions and services to fulfill our client needs and create value for customers

Manage and report on pipelines of opportunities to cover quarterly targets, ensuring accurate reporting in our CRM

Initiate sales-promoting activities with the respective business owners in Crayon, collaborating closely with other departments

Enable cooperation with pre-sales, product, and cloud Consultants teams in addition to publishers and partners

Your Competencies:

2+ years of experience with IT solutions sales B2B

Proven track record of managing end-to-end sales processes from identifying and qualifying opportunities to closing deals

Experience working with the SMB Market and clients

Customer-focused communicator, with a strong ability to translate technical needs to business language

Effective and collaborative working style, with both internal and external stakeholders

Excellent negotiation and communication skills, both written and spoken
