Job Description

1. Sales Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends in IT software and hardware.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales campaigns with organizational goals.

2. Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, understanding their business requirements.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely support and guidance.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of service.

3. Product Knowledge & Demonstration

  • Stay updated on the latest IT software and hardware solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Provide technical insights and explain the benefits of the offered solutions.

4. Lead Generation & Prospecting

  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calling, networking, and online platforms.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

5. Sales Operations

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and contracts for clients.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products and services.
  • Coordinate with the internal teams to address client requirements and concerns.

6. Reporting & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in CRM systems.
  • Generate sales reports and forecasts for management review.
  • Analyze sales metrics to refine strategies and improve performance.

7. After-Sales Support

  • Provide post-sale assistance to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve any issues related to the products or services delivered.

Qualifications & Skills Required

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in IT software and hardware sales.
  • Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud computing, networking, and system hardware.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
