- Well versed Salesforce-driven digital transformation projects, enhancing billing accuracy and efficiency while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Salesforce Sales / Service Cloud experience is good to have.
- Technical expertise should span Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Omnistudio
- Hands on Experience in Digital Engagement - Salesforce Whatsapp Integration, Live Chat
- Additionally, Should be skilled deployment and DevOps tools, ensuring seamless integration and continuous improvement within the Salesforce ecosystem.
