- We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Payroll and Benefits modules to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will play a critical role in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements related to Payroll and Benefits processes.
- Design, configure, and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules, including:.
- Global Payroll: Payroll calculation, payment setup, and compliance.
- Benefits: Plan configuration, enrollment, and reporting.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements related to payroll and employee benefits.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in Oracle Fusion HCM Payroll and Benefits modules.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis to identify customizations or process improvements.
- Develop and deliver user training sessions and create user documentation.
- Support end-to-end testing during implementations, including UAT and post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement integrations with third-party systems (e. , tax agencies, banks, and benefits providers).
- 3-5 yr exp o Engage with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements related to Payroll and Benefits processes.
