Role Description:
- This is a full-time on-site role located in Hyderabad.
- As a Senior Manager HRBP, you will oversee strategic HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, and align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Your responsibilities will include implementing HR programs, managing talent acquisition, fostering a positive work culture, and facilitating organizational development.
Qualifications:
- Experience Required : 13-16 years, Headcount Managed 1000+.
- Experience in HR business partnering, organizational development, and talent management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives, drive change, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
- Knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies to support business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that align with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, organizational design, and change management.
- Drive initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction across the organization.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes diversity and innovation.
- Oversee the talent acquisition strategy to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
- Implement robust performance management and succession planning frameworks to build a strong leadership pipeline.
- Lead organizational development initiatives to optimize processes and enhance productivity.
- Identify training needs and design development programs to upskill employees and align with business objectives.
- Design and execute HR programs, policies, and best practices tailored to business requirements.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and industry standards.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and influence key stakeholders to drive change.
- Serve as a liaison between employees and management to address concerns and provide resolutions.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 13-16 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on HR business partnering, organizational development, and talent management.
- Proven experience managing a headcount of 1000+ employees.
- Demonstrated ability to lead HR initiatives and drive organizational change.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective stakeholder management.
- In-depth knowledge of employment laws, HR best practices, and industry trends.
- Proven track record in designing and implementing HR strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Master's degree in HR or a relevant discipline is highly preferred.
