Job Responsibilities:
- Own & drive learning interventions to improve process knowledge and reduce skill gaps.
- Partner with senior stakeholders (ops, process tech, HR, & other functions) & design the L&D Strategy for the BU which is inline with the Business Goals.
- Should be able to lead the regional teams of trainers/learning partners and contractual trainers to execute various learning interventions for the BU.
- Ensure 100% adoption to digital ways of learning for the Blue Colored workforce & drive all their learning through the LMS.
- Track progress, publish insightful reports and intervene wherever required to improve the adoption and completion of Learning Interventions.
- Regularly connects with the stakeholders (Business Head, HR Head, Quality, Tech-Ops & Design heads for the BU) in forms of monthly reviews to help improve business metrics through learning interventions which will reduce knowledge gaps.
- Function as the go-to person within the business for any questions or queries related to the various training and development programs.
- Design and Execute capability development programs for the FTEs (Full Time Employees).
Muat have relevant experience and a good understanding of L&D systems and processes, instructional design, content development, training delivery, and evaluation of training effectiveness.
- High quality written and verbal communication skills, strong listening skills.
- Excellent interpersonal-skills and a demonstrated ability to interact with all levels in the organization
- Demonstrated success in implementing innovative training techniques and learning technologies, in multiple areas including managerial and leadership development areas
- Experience in conducting organizational, program level, and individual needs analysis to identify learning and development needs; experience in running targeted development programs.
- Good knowledge of the training/learning related offerings available in the market, including relevant training organizations and service providers
- Exposure to authoring tools, Learning Management Systems (LMS) and eLearning development systems, tools, and resources.
Responsible for Training Needs Identification and Analysis, for new and existing employees both (through job analysis, performance reviews and areas of development, in consultation with department heads, business gaps, culture misses, aspirational state for org etc)
- Design and creation of learning programmes- behavioral, functional and orientation, related for the organization.
- Responsible for Induction and delivery of New hire orientation for all the new joiners.
- Creation of Learning calendar on a quarterly basis and plan delivery through classroom/ elearning/ virtual interventions depending on the need of the programme and efficacy of methodology for same.
- Work out monthly / quarterly / annual training budgets.
- Conduct post training assessments to encourage learning application.
- Arrange internal, external trainers based on the training type and expertise, scale of programme, ROI of learning investments.
- Design and prepare educational aids and materials wherever needed to drive culture and skills.
- Manage and maintain training facilities and equipment (if any),
- Continuous monitoring of training effectiveness, and run plans for refreshers wherever needed,
- Annual L&D budgeting and budget management,
- Conduct training audits & take remedial actions for gaps if any,
