Salesforce Architect - Apex/Visual Force (10-15 yrs)

Job Title : Salesforce Architect.

Location : Pune, Bangalore.

Experience : 10-15 Years.

Roles And Responsibilities :

Migration Planning & Strategy :

- Conduct in-depth analysis of both Salesforce instances to identify differences in architecture, data models, and configurations.

- Develop a comprehensive migration roadmap, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Define and document technical and business requirements to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

System Architecture Design :

- Architect a unified Salesforce solution that meets current needs while scaling for future growth.

- Optimize system performance, security, and reliability throughout the consolidation.

- Recommend and implement governance frameworks, coding standards, and development best practices.

Data Migration & Integrity :

- Lead the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data across instances.

- Ensure high data quality through deduplication, normalization, and validation processes.

- Implement robust data protection and compliance measures to address legal and regulatory requirements.

Integration & Customization :

- Refactor integrations with third-party applications to ensure functionality post-migration.

- Consolidate workflows, automations, and custom objects into a single instance.

- Leverage Salesforce tools like MuleSoft, APIs, or middleware for seamless integrations.

Testing & Quality Assurance :

- Develop and execute testing plans, including unit testing, system testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the migration process.

- Perform load and performance testing to ensure optimal system functionality.

Stakeholder Engagement & Training :

- Collaborate with business teams to gather input and feedback throughout the project lifecycle.

- Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and end users.

- Deliver training and user adoption strategies to ensure a smooth transition.

Post-Migration Optimization :

- Conduct a post-migration audit to identify and resolve any residual issues.

- Monitor system performance and implement optimizations, as necessary.

- Establish ongoing maintenance, governance, and enhancement strategies.

Critical Skills To Possess :

Experience :

- 10-15 years of experience in Salesforce architecture and development.

- Hands-on experience leading Salesforce migration and consolidation projects.

Technical Skills :.=

- Salesforce certifications (e., Application Architect, System Architect, or CTA preferred).

- Strong command of Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

- Proficiency with ETL tools like MuleSoft, Informatica, or Data Loader.

Data Management Expertise :

- Advanced knowledge of Salesforce data architecture, security models, and data migration strategies.

- Experience with tools for deduplication and data integrity.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate complex solutions to technical and non-technical audiences.

- Exceptional organizational and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams.

- Strategic thinking with a problem-solving mindset.

Preferred :

- Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies.

- Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps tools like Gearset, Copado, Flex Deploy or Jenkins.

- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
