Job Description :

As a Salesforce Technical Architect & Lead, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our Salesforce projects. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing complex Salesforce solutions that align with our clients' business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and develop robust Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and workflows.

- Define technical architecture for Salesforce implementations, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.

- Identify and mitigate technical risks, and provide solutions to complex technical challenges.

- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce developers.

- Assign tasks, provide guidance, and review code quality.

- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Conduct requirements gathering sessions, workshops, and presentations.

- Manage client expectations and ensure timely delivery of projects.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce releases and features.

- Leverage Salesforce best practices and standards to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Utilize Salesforce's advanced features, such as Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.

- Design and implement data migration strategies to move data from legacy systems to Salesforce.

- Integrate Salesforce with other systems using APIs, web services, or other integration techniques.

Qualifications :

- Extensive experience in Salesforce CRM, with a strong focus on technical architecture and development

- Deep understanding of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud

- Proven experience leading and managing Salesforce implementation projects

- Salesforce certifications (Salesforce Certified Technical Architect, Salesforce Certified Platform Developer) are highly preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
