We are seeking an experienced Head of Finance to lead the financial strategy and operations for our growing PropTech business. The role involves overseeing financial planning, budgeting, taxation, compliance etc You will provide strategic insights, manage investor relations, and ensure robust financial controls.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive financial strategy, forecasting, and reporting.

- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and taxation.

- Optimize cash flow and oversee financial operations.

- Collaborate with stakeholders for fundraising and financial modeling.

- Lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent; MBA preferred.

- 8+ years of experience in finance, with exposure to startups/tech-driven businesses.

- Strong expertise in financial management, compliance, and strategic planning.
