Skills:

- 10 to 12 years of experience in the sector of home loans

- Hands-on experience with technology and financial aspects

- Enjoy interacting with people and leading teams

- Excel at marketing your ideas and products

- Knowledge about consumer behavior and market environments

Role:

- You will shape our product and culture by building relationships and onboarding stakeholders (builders and other channel partners) through networking & unique marketing campaigns

- Your role would be critical in designing the user's experience as you would manage & evaluate collections and come up with resolutions for NPA properties.

- You will lead teams of Relationship, Customer Service & Branch Managers and ensure productivity and effectiveness of the branches - lots of fun interactions in store for you!

- You will use your proactive personality to interface with teams & achieve targets through prudent credit checks & loan disbursals

- You will manage & oversee administrative & operational activities of the branches - a lot of responsibility coupled with a lot of satisfaction!

- You will be an anchor for company by increasing profitability and minimizing risk through a strong compliant sales culture, your perspective is very important to us

- You would need to ensure a WOW experience for the customers while complying with company policies. You get full autonomy for your decisions, you run the show for us!
