1. Experience:- 4-8 years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Facebook Ads, affiliate marketing, and influencer campaigns.

- Extensive experience managing large budgets exceeding INR 2-3 crore/month across multiple digital channels.

2. Analytical Skills:- Exceptional data analysis skills, with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and AppsFlyer.

3. ROI Focus:

Demonstrated success in improving ROAS and achieving measurable results through strategic ad management across various channels.

4. Critical thinking:- Demonstrated by consistent insightful decisions taken in current role.

5. High achievers:- Demonstrated by consistent school, college ranks, or SAT, GMAT, IIT-Jee, or CAT scores or likewise achievements in Extracurriculars.
