Head of Treasury - NBFC

Job Description :

Treasury :

- Overall treasury management with timely availability of funds.

- Update of daily fund position.

- Planning and Forecasting of fund requirements with the CEO and the finance team.

- Planning and Forecasting of repayments or principal and interest to be paid to lenders as per their timelines and working with the finance team to ensure the same.

Banks & NBFCs :

- Overall relationship management.

- Raising funds by borrowing from banks and NBFCs at competitive rates.

- Raising funds by PTC, CP, NCDs, and other market instruments at competitive rates.

- Negotiating credit terms and legal documentation.

Rating Agencies :

- Credit rating management including all the required documentation.

- Relationship management.

Mutual Funds, Investors, Investor Groups, Co-Lending & Family Offices :

- Raising funds from Mutual Funds, investors, investor groups and family offices will be an added advantage.

- Negotiating investment/credit terms and legal documentation.

- Relationship Management.

Regulatory & Compliance :

- Good understanding of the legal and compliance environment in India.
