1. Working Capital Management:

- Oversee and optimize working capital to ensure liquidity and financial stability.

- Implement strategies to manage receivables, payables, and inventory effectively.

2. Cost Optimization:

- Identify and implement cost-saving measures across the organization.

- Monitor and control operational expenses to improve profitability without compromising quality.

3. Financial Diligence:

- Ensure financial processes and reporting are accurate and compliant with legal and regulatory standards.

- Conduct due diligence for potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions.

4. Business Planning:

- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans aligned with the company's strategic goals.

- Lead long-term and short-term financial planning processes, including demand forecasting and capital allocation.

5. Inventory Systems and Processes:

- Oversee the design and implementation of efficient inventory management systems.

- Monitor inventory levels to optimize stock turnover and reduce holding costs.

6. Investor Relations;

- Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.

- Prepare and present financial updates, business plans, and growth strategies to stakeholders.
