Job description:

As Associate Vice President, you will oversee sales efforts within a specific category, managing Signpost India's innovative advertising solutions and driving relationships with direct clients and their stakeholders at the enterprise level. This role is integral to achieving regional revenue goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Planned Revenue generation through new client acquisition, maximizing existing Agency and client relationships to achieve regional/category budgets.

- Consistent idea generation and tactical strategy implementation to ensure planned level of asset occupation and geographical penetration

- Hands-on experience in brand planning & selling, prospecting, and business development/alliances.

- Strategize and drive consultative selling practice by gathering customer insights and ideate impactful solutions accordingly with multiple offerings from Signpost India.

- Contribute to the overall growth and profit of Signpost India business by collaborating and expanding the partner ecosystem through continuous market mapping.

- Build scale into the business development function and upsell opportunities with coherent solutions.

- Focus on managing and enhancing relationships within the assigned category, ensuring excellence in execution and delivery.

- Develop innovative category-specific strategies to grow the company's footprint and maximize business opportunities.

- Ensure the consistent growth of market share within the category while optimizing yield and maintaining long-term sustainability.

- Provide a service to the clients in all aspects, i.e., ensuring their needs are met and at the same time suggestions for innovations or new assets are provided.

- Ensure timely receipt of payments from clients to maintain healthy cash flow.

Skills & Qualifications

- Desirable MBA degree.

- Extensive experience (typically 12yrs +) in enterprise sales management or a similar role.

- Proven expertise in acquiring and handling large corporate clients.

- Strong networking capabilities, with established relationships across agencies, corporate clients, and industry leaders.

- Exceptional ability to meet revenue goals in a competitive, target-driven environment.

- Analytical and data-driven, with a talent for leveraging insights to drive impactful sales strategies.

- A strategic thinker with a focus on innovation and client-first solutions.

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills to influence high-level stakeholders.
