Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned ServiceNow GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) with IRM (Integrated Risk Management) Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow GRC solutions, including IRM modules, and a strong background in risk management and compliance. This role will be responsible for leading the architecture and deployment of ServiceNow GRC solutions to help organizations effectively manage governance, risk, and compliance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Solution Design : Architect and design comprehensive ServiceNow GRC and IRM solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of the organization, including Risk Management, Compliance, Audit Management, and Policy Management.

- Implementation : Lead the implementation of ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules, ensuring that solutions are deployed effectively and efficiently, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

- Integration : Oversee the integration of ServiceNow GRC solutions with other systems and platforms to ensure seamless data flow and operational efficiency.

- Customization : Customize ServiceNow GRC applications to address unique business requirements, including creating workflows, business rules, and custom reports.

- Stakeholder Engagement : Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that align with organizational goals and compliance standards.

- Risk Management : Develop and implement risk management strategies and frameworks within ServiceNow to identify, assess, and mitigate risks effectively.

- Governance and Compliance : Ensure that ServiceNow GRC solutions comply with relevant regulations, standards, and internal policies, providing guidance on best practices for governance and compliance.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including design specifications, user guides, and training materials, to support ServiceNow GRC solutions.

- Support and Troubleshooting : Provide expert support for ServiceNow GRC implementations, addressing any issues and troubleshooting as necessary to ensure optimal performance.

- Continuous Improvement : Stay current with ServiceNow updates and industry trends, continuously seeking opportunities to enhance and improve GRC solutions.

Qualifications :

- Experience : Minimum of 8 years of experience with ServiceNow GRC and IRM, with a proven track record of designing and implementing GRC solutions.

- Certification : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (GRC), or similar certifications preferred.

- Technical Skills : Proficiency in ServiceNow GRC and IRM modules, including Risk Management, Compliance Management, Policy and Compliance Management, and Audit Management.

- Risk Management Knowledge : Deep understanding of risk management principles, frameworks, and best practices.

- Analytical Skills : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to design and implement effective risk and compliance solutions.

- Communication : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts and engage with stakeholders at all levels.

- Leadership : Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience in guiding and mentoring teams in GRC implementations.

- Education : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Risk Management, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
