Job Description :

As a Snow Functional Analyst - Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing our ServiceNow solutions. You will utilize your expertise to analyze client requirements, support business processes, and ensure effective utilization of the ServiceNow platform. Your analytical skills and hands-on experience will significantly contribute to our clients' success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze business requirements related to ServiceNow functionalities, translating them into effective technical solutions.

- Assist in the design and configuration of ServiceNow applications, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client goals.

- Provide functional expertise across various ServiceNow modules while ensuring seamless integration within the IT landscape.

- Conduct user training sessions and facilitate workshops to ensure effective usage of the ServiceNow platform by all stakeholders.

- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues within the ServiceNow environment to ensure optimal performance and realization of intended benefits.

- Maintain documentation related to configurations, changes, and enhancements within the ServiceNow system.

- Stay updated on ServiceNow releases and features to leverage the latest enhancements for our clients' benefit.

Qualifications :

- 6 to 7.6 years of experience as a Functional Analyst focused on the ServiceNow platform.

- Mandatory ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

- Strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform, including key modules and functionalities.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proven track record of delivering client-centric solutions.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Experience in mapping business processes and requirements to ServiceNow functionalities.
