Job Description :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with a specialization in Integrations to join our dynamic team. As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing and leading the implementation of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on integration with other enterprise systems. You will play a crucial role in driving the architecture and design of high-quality, innovative integrations within the ServiceNow platform, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow integration solutions, aligning with business goals and technical requirements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the ServiceNow platform's capabilities and best practices for integrations.

- Design scalable and maintainable integration solutions that leverage ServiceNow's IntegrationHub and other relevant technologies.

- Establish and enforce ServiceNow integration architecture standards, policies, and procedures.

- Provide guidance and mentorship to ServiceNow Developers and other team members on integration best practices.

- Conduct code reviews and ensure that integration solutions adhere to high-quality standards.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and integration technologies.

Skills and Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Architect, specifically with a focus on integrations.

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, including the Integration Hub and Flow Designer capabilities.

- Experience with RESTful and SOAP web services, and other integration techniques.

- Expertise in JavaScript, GlideAPI, and other ServiceNow development tools.

- Knowledge of enterprise architecture and IT service management.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer and/or ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist certifications are a plus.
