Job Description :

We are seeking an Assistant Manager with extensive experience in Python and Big Data technologies to lead our analytics team in Hyderabad. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and analytics, with a focus on Azure Synapse and PySpark. In this role, you will drive data strategies that empower our business intelligence capabilities and contribute to data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead a team of data engineers and analysts, overseeing the development and implementation of data solutions and analytics projects.

- Design and develop scalable data processing frameworks using Python and PySpark on Azure Synapse.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data pipelines, and deliver insights that align with business goals.

- Optimize existing data workflows and ensure the integrity and quality of data management practices.

- Provide technical guidance and support to team members, foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

- Monitor the performance of data systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal operational efficiency.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies, recommending enhancements that drive data capabilities.

Qualifications :

- 7-9 years of relevant experience in Python programming, Big Data technologies, and data analytics.

- Proven experience with Azure Synapse Analytics and PySpark, with a strong understanding of Cloud Computing principles.

- Solid background in data architecture, ETL processes, and data modeling techniques.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities, with experience managing teams in an agile environment.

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
