ServiceNow Architect - Implementation & Integration (8-12 yrs)

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead our ServiceNow platform initiatives and provide architectural guidance for ServiceNow implementations.

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be responsible for designing scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions that align with business goals and IT strategy.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders, developers, and administrators to ensure successful deployment and ongoing support of ServiceNow applications.

Skill / Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Advanced degree preferred.

- 8+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or in a similar role.

- Expertise in ServiceNow platform architecture, design, and implementation.

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.) and integrations (REST, SOAP, etc.)

- Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are required.

- Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Application Specialist (CAS) are a plus.

Job Responsibilities :

- Define ServiceNow architecture and design principles based on industry best practices and organizational requirements.

- Lead and mentor a team of ServiceNow developers and administrators.

- Evaluate current ServiceNow implementations and propose strategic improvements.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.

- Design and implement complex ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, and other modules.

- Develop integration strategies between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.

- Provide technical leadership during ServiceNow upgrades, patches, and migrations.

- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ServiceNow applications.

- Ensure compliance with security and governance policies within ServiceNow environment.
