Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Solution Architect to lead the ITRM practice. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in the ServiceNow platform and a strong background in implementing and managing technology risk management solutions. In this managerial position, you will be responsible for architecting comprehensive solutions that enhance our ServiceNow capabilities, driving value for our clients through effective risk management practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of ServiceNow ITRM solutions to meet client requirements and enhance operational efficiencies.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, translating them into robust technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.

- Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and solution design through to deployment, testing, and go-live support.

- Ensure best practices in the implementation of ServiceNow applications, focusing on maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with industry standards.

- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

- Stay abreast of the latest updates and enhancements to the ServiceNow platform, leveraging new features to improve client solutions and processes.

- Engage with clients to present solutions, conduct demonstrations, and facilitate workshops aiming to address their specific technology risk management needs.

Qualifications :

- 10-14 years of relevant experience in IT Service Management and ServiceNow solutions, with a strong emphasis on Integrated Technology Risk Management (ITRM).

- Extensive experience with the ServiceNow platform, including configuration, customization, and implementation of various modules.

- Proven track record in leading large-scale ServiceNow implementation projects.

- Strong understanding of IT governance, risk management, and compliance frameworks.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proven leadership experience, with the capability of managing large teams and guiding them towards successful project delivery.

- Relevant ServiceNow certifications (e.g., ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow ITRM Module certification) are highly preferred.
