for Senior Manager

Experience 18+ years

As a Senior Manager, your primary responsibility will be to drive the success of a project/product or product line throughout its lifecycle. You will work closely with crossfunctional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to define and execute the product strategy, roadmap, and gotomarket plans.

Key Responsibilities

Product/Project strategy and vision Define the strategy and vision based on market research, customer insights, and business goals. Identify market opportunities, competitive landscape, and customer needs to drive product innovation and differentiation. Roadmap planning and prioritization Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with the overall business strategy. Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility. Requirements gathering and documentation Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, and engineering teams, to gather and document product requirements. Clearly define user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional specifications. Crossfunctional collaboration Work closely with engineering, design, and other crossfunctional teams to ensure successful product development and delivery. Provide clear and concise guidance to the teams, resolve conflicts, and facilitate effective communication. Agile product/project development Embrace agile methodologies and practices to drive iterative and incremental product development. Collaborate with the development team to define and refine product backlogs, conduct sprint planning, and participate in sprint reviews. Product launch and gotomarket Develop gotomarket strategies and plans in collaboration with marketing and sales teams. Coordinate product launches, including messaging, positioning, pricing, and sales enablement activities. Product performance analysis Monitor and analyze product performance metrics, including usage data, customer feedback, and market trends. Use datadriven insights to identify areas for improvement and drive product optimization. Customer advocacy Act as the voice of the customer within the organization. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and advocate for customercentric product decisions.
