• Perform business analysis and prepare concept notes, functional requirements documents / reports.
• Draft policy recommendations and researchdriven insights.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment.
• Deliver highquality documentation and presentations.
• Support project execution and monitor progress

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in business analysis, policy recommendation drafting, governance, or consulting projects.
• Strong business analysis skills, including preparing concept notes, feasibility reports and documenting business requirements.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder management, including coordinating with diverse teams and ensuring alignment on project objectives.
• Proficiency in drafting comprehensive reports, whitepapers and presenting actionable insights.
• Ability to create process flows, business use cases, and perform gap analysis to support decisionmaking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ideas for diverse audiences.

• Exposure to eGovernance projects, public sector initiatives, or management consulting.
• Experience with policy frameworks, government regulations and public administration processes.
• Knowledge of industry trends, best practices in governance and business process optimization.
• Ability to facilitate multistakeholder coordination and collaborative workshops.
