PwC - Senior Manager - Vendor Management (10-16 yrs)

Job Description :

Someone who has end to end Vendor Management experience, which includes :

- Having a good understanding of the industry to identify the right set of vendors who align with the firm's needs.

- Understanding the parameters to make effective decisions regarding empanelment.

- Structuring just the right set of metrics to assess vendor performance and make appropriate decisions to maintain an optimal vendor base.

- Building robust relationships that drive incremental improvement in performances of vendors quarter on quarter while minimizing cost and other related vendor issues.

- Ability to identify vendor and supply related risks on a timely manner and work through the mitigation plans.

- Understanding of Laws and contracts pertaining to Supplier relationships.

- Excellent communication skills and MS Suite of applications.
