Those in managed service management and strategy at PwC will focus on transitioning and running services, along with managing delivery teams, programmes, commercials, performance and delivery risk. Your work will involve the process of continuous improvement and optimising of the managed services process, tools and services.
Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand, deepening technical expertise and awareness of your strengths. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Our Strategic Program Management Office Sourcing practice will provide you with the opportunity to help organizations balance long term strategies and shortterm imperatives to optimize their investments and strategic activity required to achieve the organizations business objectives. We help enhance organizations project and program performance by identifying alternative project approaches, consistently aligning projects with corporate strategy, setting the tone and pace of programs from the outset, responding quickly and effectively to crisis situations and extracting value from agile program delivery. Our teams roles focus on project portfolio management for both people and client management. Additionally, our team such as portfolio, program, and project management which require a diverse range of skill sets needed and growth opportunities for new and experienced team members.

  • Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management

  • Follow risk management and compliance procedures.
  • Communicate confidently in a clear and concise manner.
  • Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct.
  • Work in a team environment that includes client interactions, manage deliverables independently, and crossteam collaboration.
  • Good Team player. Take up cross competency work and contribute to COE activities
