Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented B2B Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electronics and a proven track record in the EMS industry. This role involves driving sales growth, building long-term client relationships, and promoting our services in electronic assembly, integration, and testing.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Market Expansion:
- Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities in the EMS sector to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand the customer base.
- Promote and position the company's services in electronic PCB assembly, integration, and testing to prospective clients.
2. Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business partnerships.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and resolving issues promptly.
3. Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals effectively.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
- Track and report sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.
4. Marketing & Promotion:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that promote EMS services.
- Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings to build brand visibility.
- Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to reach a wider audience and generate leads.
5. Technical & Product Knowledge:
- Stay updated on industry advancements and emerging technologies in electronics and EMS.
- Provide technical guidance to clients and align product offerings with their requirements.
- Work closely with the engineering and production teams to ensure alignment between customer needs and service delivery.
6. Collaboration & Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams, including production, quality assurance, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of customer orders.
Provide feedback from customers to enhance service offerings and address gaps.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
Experience:
Minimum of 8-10 years of proven experience in the EMS B2B industry, with a focus on sales and marketing.
Skills:
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly, electronic integration, and testing processes.
- Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
