Job Title: Medical Representative
Location: Gurugram
Position Overview:
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
- This role is critical in achieving ambitious sales targets, expanding the customer base, and fostering strong client relationships in the assigned territory.
- The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment and demonstrate exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership & Management:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Executives to achieve and exceed targets.
- Drive lead generation and sales forecasting to ensure consistent growth.
- Oversee CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and operational excellence.
2. Business Development & Strategic Planning:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to grow market presence and customer base.
- Analyze regional market trends and opportunities to identify and prioritize growth areas.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, clients, and stakeholders.
- Handle negotiations effectively to secure long-term contracts and agreements.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to execute growth strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights to align marketing efforts with field requirements.
5. Training & Mentorship:
- Train, coach, and guide team members to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.
- Motivate the team to deliver exceptional performance and achieve personal growth goals.
6. Travel & Field Support:
- Travel regularly within the assigned region to identify opportunities, support the team, and build client connections.
Represent the company professionally in all customer interactions and meetings.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical devices sales or a related field.
- Proven ability to lead and manage teams, with a track record of achieving targets.
Requirements:
- Own a bike with a helmet and possess a valid driving license.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, with clarity and confidence.
