Job Description: Sales Spearhead Corporate Sales/B2B (Corporate Gifting)


Location: Delhi NCR


Experience Required: 4-8 years in Corporate Sales/B2B


We are seeking an experienced and driven Sales Spearhead to lead our corporate sales efforts, specializing in corporate gifting and audio engineering products. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in B2B sales, strong relationship management skills, and the ability to independently own and grow this business vertical.


Key Responsibilities


1. Enterprise Sales Growth:


- Drive enterprise sales by establishing and nurturing relationships with major corporates and key stakeholders.


- Develop strategies to ensure our products are integrated into bundling schemes, festive gifting, trade promotions, and channel partner offerings.


- Leverage existing relationships to achieve sales goals and enhance brand visibility.


2. Client Relationship Management:


- Build and maintain robust client relationships, understanding client needs and delivering customized solutions.


- Act as a trusted advisor to corporate clients, ensuring satisfaction and long-term partnerships.


3. Market Analysis & Strategy:


- Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.


- Stay informed about industry trends and emerging market demands to maintain a competitive edge.


4. Sales Funnel Management:


- Manage the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.


- Streamline the sales process, ensuring a strong and efficient sales pipeline.


- Independently own the vertical, including understanding and managing the P&L for the segment.


5. Collaboration:


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and technical support to align sales strategies with business objectives.


Skills & Abilities:


- Corporate Sales Expertise: 4-8 years of experience in Corporate Gifting or B2B Sales.


- Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication abilities.


- Client Management: Proven experience in handling large corporate accounts and managing client relationships.


- Mobility: Must be based in Gurgaon and open to traveling across the Delhi NCR region.


- Independence: Self-motivated and capable of running the vertical independently.


- Corporate Gifting Expertise: Background in corporate gifting preferred, though not mandatory.


- Transportation: Preferably owns a vehicle for client visits.


Qualifications :


- Education: Bachelors degree (required); MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Sales (preferred but not mandatory).


- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in corporate sales.
