Role Overview:
- The National Head - Corporate Sales will spearhead the corporate sales strategy at Zebronics, focusing on introducing the companys product range to corporate clients across India.
- The role will involve engaging with key decision-makers at large corporates to promote Zebronics' product offerings for employee benefits, corporate gifting, and rewards programs.
- This position will also require building long-term partnerships and ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Developing Sales Strategies:
- Design and execute a national corporate sales strategy to target businesses across sectors (IT, finance, healthcare, FMCG, etc.) for employee and corporate gifting.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline, focusing on both short- and long-term corporate deals.
- Drive initiatives to increase market penetration in the corporate gifting space.
- Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with key corporate clients across India to promote Zebronics products as part of their employee benefit schemes, gifting programs, and reward plans.
- Build relationships with HR and procurement heads of large corporates to showcase product offerings, providing them with comprehensive solutions for employee gifting.
- Organize and deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting Zebronics' diverse product range (IT peripherals, audio products, wearables, and lifestyle accessories).
- Tailor presentations to suit the unique needs of each corporate, ensuring solutions align with their employee engagement strategies.
- Lead negotiations with corporate clients to finalize agreements on large-volume purchases for gifting purposes.
- Ensure competitive pricing while maintaining margins, and explore opportunities for long-term contracts.
- Conduct thorough research on industry trends and competitor activities in the corporate gifting sector.
- Analyze market needs and corporate buying behaviors to identify opportunities for new products and sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, product catalogs, and other tools to support sales efforts.
- Work closely with the operations and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of corporate orders, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Monitor and report on sales metrics, customer feedback, and corporate engagement levels to
senior management.
- Regularly update sales forecasts and assess performance against targets, ensuring goals are met or exceeded.
Key Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Sales, or a related field. MBA or equivalent would be a plus.
Experience:
- At least 10 years of experience in corporate sales, business development, or corporate gifting, preferably in the electronics, lifestyle products, or consumer tech industries.
- Proven track record of building and managing relationships with large corporates and delivering against aggressive sales targets.
Skills:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities, with a focus on maximizing value for both the client and the company.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess client needs and tailor product solutions.
- Ability to work independently, manage a large sales territory, and travel frequently.
