Project Sales - Commercial Air conditioner
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential institutional clients and key decision makers within these organizations.
- Develop and execute strategies to establish contact and build relationships with prospects.
- Understand the unique needs and requirements of institutional clients and tailor product offerings accordingly.
- Present product demonstrations for clients as needed.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favourable and align with company policies.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, customer service, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of sales orders.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, sales funnel, stock forecasts, and updates to the management.
Products - VRF, VRV, Ductable and Cassette ac, CAC.
Education - B.Tech / MBA
Experience - Min 4 yrs exp
Age Criteria - Max 38 yrs
