Role & responsibilities
Work Experience 3-5 years experience in Inside Sales
Industry Prior experience in selling IT software/hardware services is mandatory
Cold Calling- Complete a target number of outbound calls daily/weekly.
Lead Generation- Generate a set number of qualified leads monthly.
Tools Usage- Experience in using tools like Sales Navigator, Lusha, Mail Merge etc
Pipeline Management Maintain a healthy leads pipeline with defined conversion rates.
Sales Meetings- Schedule and conduct a specific number of qualified sales meetings.
Email Campaigns Execute effective email campaigns with measurable engagement.
Response Time- Respond to inbound leads within a defined timeframe.
Product Knowledge- Maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge.
Customer Feedback- Gather and analyze feedback from customer interactions.
Conversion Rates Improve conversion rates at each stage of the sales process.
Team Collaboration- Collaborate effectively with other teams, especially marketing and customer support.
Continuous Learning- Stay updated on industry trends, sales techniques, and tools.
