Job Description

Job Title: Inside Sales Specialist / Relationship Manager
Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote
Experience: 1.5 to 3 years
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (5.5 days a week)
Salary: Up to 6 LPA (excluding incentives)

Are you a highly motivated and experienced sales professional with a strong background in B2B or SaaS sales? Join our team as an Inside Sales Specialist and contribute to our growth by turning product demos into successful business relationships, while achieving key revenue and performance targets!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Own the entire sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to product demos and closing deals.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding revenue targets for both domestic and international markets.
  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to overall company goals.
  • Product Demonstrations: Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing key features and value propositions.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and repeat business.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of leads and opportunities, ensuring timely follow-ups and sales progression.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Track performance, provide regular updates on sales metrics, and report progress against targets to management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or IT software sales, with a strong focus on generating leads and closing deals.
  • Lead Generation Expertise: Hands-on experience with lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking, and digital marketing techniques.
  • Revenue & Targets: Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve and exceed monthly revenue and sales targets.
  • SaaS or IT Sales: Experience in SaaS, Marketing, or Luxury sales is a plus, with a deep understanding of the industry and product offerings.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present and negotiate effectively.
  • Sales Motivation: Highly driven and self-motivated with a strong passion for sales and business growth.
  • Relationship Management: Ability to build rapport and manage client relationships, ensuring a positive and long-lasting business partnership.

Note: Only candidates with prior B2B sales experience will be considered.
