Position: Inside Sales Specialist / Relationship Manager
Location: Okhla Phase 1, New Delhi
Work Mode: Hybrid / Remote
Experience: 3-5Years
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (5.5 days a week)


Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Specialist with expertise in B2B sales, ideally within the SaaS or IT software industry, to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and product demonstrations to closing deals. Your efforts will directly contribute to our revenue growth in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle, from qualifying leads and conducting product demos to closing deals.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations to potential clients, effectively addressing their needs and pain points.
  • Drive revenue generation through both domestic and international sales efforts.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, ensuring their satisfaction and future business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery and customer onboarding.

Required Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong focus on SaaS, IT software, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering persuasive product demos and successfully closing deals.
  • Experience in SaaS, Marketing, or Luxury product sales will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
