Position Overview

As a UI/UX Designer at Infodrive India, you will lead the design of intuitive and visually compelling user experiences, blending creativity, strategy, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Design Leadership: Oversee the entire design process, ensuring quality and consistency.
• User Research: Conduct and analyze research to enhance user satisfaction.
• UI/UX Design: Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for web and mobile.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and developers to align designs with goals.
• Design Standards: Establish and maintain guidelines for a cohesive visual language.
• CSS & Typography: Apply expert knowledge to craft visually harmonious designs.
• Usability Testing: Plan and conduct tests to gather feedback and improve designs.

Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio.
• Skills: Proficiency in design principles, CSS, typography, and tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision.
• Research: Ability to conduct and apply user research effectively.
• Communication: Strong ability to articulate design concepts and collaborate in teams.
• Problem-Solving: User-centered approach with strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
• Certifications in UI/UX design.
• Knowledge of front-end development frameworks.
