Role Definition Oversee the online marketing strategy, plan and execute digital (including email) marketingcampaigns and design, maintain and supply content for the organisation's website(s). Should have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies and be able to lead integrated digital marketing campaigns from concept to execution. Will work with the marketing team, sales & customer success teams to launch campaigns on time and on budget

Responisbility Delivers Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising Maintaining our social media presence across all digital channels Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns Manage revenue growth and customer relationship.
Task and Activities Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns Executed paid and organic marketing campaigns to drive leads Increase organic traffic across all websites through restructuring sitemaps, changing landing page URLs, keywords research, backlinks and other SEO best practices Creating effective SMM strategies to create a brand awareness in different social media channels Design, build and maintain social media presence Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs) Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

Core Knowledge Analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tweetdeck, Facebook Insights, Twitter Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends) Ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas) Email Marketing HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints Idosyncracy of Paid & Organic Social Media Marketing Latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with customer support and account management experience, especially in high-growth, software-as-service (SaaS) environments would be preferred. Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Educational Qualification Bachelor /Masters degree in marketing, communication or a related field Diploma in Ditial marketing / Google Certification
Total Experience Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Experience in optimizing landing pages and customer funnels 8-10+ years experience in BPO or Banking Industry in the similar role
