Senior Inside Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Lead, motivate, and manage the inside sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the B2C market.
• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance, and implement corrective actions as needed to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Establish strong relationships with potential and existing customers through calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
• Oversee the qualification of leads and opportunities, ensuring the sales process is efficient and effective.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and other cross-functional teams to create tailored solutions for customers.
• Track and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, pipeline, and customer feedback to senior management.
• Ensure that the inside sales team maintains accurate customer records and follows best practices in CRM usage.
• Continuously coach and develop sales team members to improve their skills and performance.

Key Skills: Good communication skills (Fluent English communication is a must), creativity, Commercial awareness, and Good Excel knowledge.
