Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our growing team. This role is key to expanding our market presence and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing appropriate solutions.

• Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective communication.

• Target Achievement: Meet and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.

• Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.

• CRM Management: Utilize CRM tools to track leads, manage sales activities, and maintain accurate client data.

• Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of PropChk's services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.

• Reporting: Provide regular updates on sales performance, lead status, and market insights to the sales manager.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
• 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate, home inspection, or related industries.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
