Role & responsibilities
In the role of Process Trainer, you will be tasked with creating and conducting effective product training for company employees. This will involve collaborating with the sales, operations, and quality teams to evaluate training requirements, create training materials, and lead training sessions aimed at improving their sales techniques, product knowledge, soft skills, and overall performance. Responsibilities • Deliver training programs clearly and effectively. • Develop training materials, including presentations, handouts, and other training aids and stay current on industry trends and best practices in training. • Assess training needs and design training programs to meet those needs. • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to improve their performance. • Collaborate with all stakeholders to monitor the effectiveness of training programs and adjust as necessary to ensure consistency and alignment of training initiatives • Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
Essential Function
▪ Conduct comprehensive training sessions on process, systems, and client-specific guidelines for new hires and ongoing employees in a non-voice environment. ▪ Facilitate hands-on practice, scenario-based learning, and role-playing exercises to enhance practical application of training concepts. ▪ Ensure that training sessions are engaging and tailored to different learning styles. ▪ Comply with all operating policies and procedures as well as the companys Zero Tolerance Policy about information safeguards, ethics and harassment ▪ Achieve assigned Key Performance Indicators e.g. Throughput, FPA, etc ▪ Flexibility to attend Client/team Meetings/additional training sessions as scheduled ▪ Adherence to all duties assigned Critical Skills ▪ Exceptional verbal and written communication skills - ability to speak accurately, using proper grammar, and good enunciation ▪ Ability to listen attentively and to use information provided by clients to tailor responses and actions to meet the clients specific needs ▪ Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment ▪ Ability to organize and follow up multiple tasks/details with accuracy and timeliness ▪ Ability to adhere to all organizational policies and procedures ▪ Ability to work a variety of shifts including days, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays ▪ Ability to effectively interact with employees at all levels of the organization and work with a variety of people from diverse backgrounds
Education/Work Experience
▪ Minimum 2 years experience in training in a client facing setup (international logos preferred) ▪ Minimum Bachelors degree is a must • Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Must successfully pass a background check
